A Small and Intimate Horse Boarding Facility Tucked Away In Wendell, North Carolina

We are a family-oriented business welcoming horses and riders of all disciplines. Established in 1999, Ellington Farm is a small and intimate equine boarding facility tucked away in Wendell, North Carolina. When operating at full capacity, Ellington Farm has over 21 acres for 14 horses with owners residing onsite. Business is owned and operated by Steve Ellington and his wife, Jan.

Originally a tobacco farm, Steve made the decision to board horses shortly after retiring from 20+ years of service in the US Air Force and Army. The home where Steve was born and raised in still stands on the property today. The farm has seen four generations of Ellingtons grow over 80+ years and would love for you to come grow with us.
